Today we are officially changing our name to Wētā FX. We are the same artists and company as we have been for nearly 30 years–a standalone company, majority owned by Sir Peter Jackson, creating ground–breaking VFX, animation and original content.
We’d love to bring you along with us on our new journey under our new name. Please follow our new social media handles through the links below to keep up with our work and news. Meanwhile, the previous name, Weta Digital, and social handles have been passed over to Unity Software as part of the transaction we completed with them in December 2021.
